% 15.11.2019 CRL.M.(BAIL) 1988/2019 (for suspension of sentence) Vide the present application, the applicant seeks directions thereby to suspend his sentence and release him on bail till the final disposal of the appeal. The appellant herein is challenging the judgment of conviction and order on sentence dated 10.01.2018 & 16.01.2018 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge (NE), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in Sessions Case No 191/2016 pertaining to FIR No 251/2016 of PS Karawal Nagar. For the same relief, an application was filed earlier by the applicant which was dismissed vide order dated 01.04.2019. The appellant was sentenced to RI for 10 years by the Court below and he has not completed even half of the sentence. Moreover, I find no new ground or circumstance that necessitates the suspension of sentence. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed, however, with liberty to the applicant to move a similar application after one year. SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J NOVEMBER 15, 2019/sm
