First Bail Application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'Cr.PC')/Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.'), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for grant of Anticipatory Bail in FIR No.380/2025 under Section 406/420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Anand Vihar.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the Bail Application.

The Bail Application has become infructuous as the Petitioner has been arrested.
