The petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India r/w Section 528 of BNSS in the nature of mandamus in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent thereby directing the Respondent to add Sections 80, 90, 91, 92, 100, 101, 103 BNS, 2023 during the course of the investigation in the charge sheet arising out of the FIR No. 0520/2025 dated 05.08.2025 P.S. Ranhola, Delhi.

Learned APP on advance notice has appeared and submitted that the FIR has been registered only on 05.08.2025 at P.S. Ranhola, Delhi and the investigation is still at the initial stage.

In case the offences as claimed are made out, the same would be added by the IO on investigation.

In view of the submissions made, that in case investigation revels prima facie offence as claimed by the Petitioner, the same would be added during the investigation.
