The sole controversy involved in instant writ petition is with respect to the manner in which the impugned order has been passed. 2.

It is contented that the same has been issued without affording the opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The said position remains undisputed.

Accordingly, the impugned order stands set aside. 4.

The genesis of the impugned action is the order passed by Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) dated 13.03.2020. The petitioner, therefore, is granted liberty to file the reply before the DPCC and the DPCC in-turn shall deal with the same in accordance with law and to pass the speaking order.

subsequent actions pursuant to Show Cause Notice (SCN) dated 13.03.2020 are therefore set aside.
