The Petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking de-sealing of her shop bearing Pvt. No. 411 (1139/411), Municipal Number 1139, Kacha Mahajani, Chandani Chowk, Delhi.

On the last date i.e., 23rd December, 2024 the Court observed as under: "4. In the considered opinion of this Court, in commercial shops of this nature, the authorities ought to be careful not to seal them indefinitely and they ought to undertake the search or inspection in an expeditious manner.

will be inspecting the shop on 27th December, 2024.

Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner today submits that subsequent to the order dated 23rd December, 2024, the shop of the Petitioner has been desealed, he accordingly does not wish to press the present petition. 5.
