By the present bail application, the applicant seeks extension of interim bail granted by this Court by order dated 19.03.2025 in FIR No. 549/2017 dated 13.07.2017, registered at Police Station New Usmanpur, for offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, for further period of four weeks, on account of medical exigency.

By order dated 05.12.2025, this Court noted that the applicant has undergone various procedure including surgeries and the extension of interim bail was sought on the ground that another surgical procedure for removal of DJ Stent was fixed for 08.12.2025.

This Court had directed the State to verify the said aspect and file a Status Report. Considering the above, the present bail application is disposed of with directions to the applicant to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent on or before 21.12.2025. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
