Respective counsel for the parties submit that pursuant to the previous order passed by this Court, a meeting was held on 21.01.2025 which was attended by the concerned representatives of the petitioner and the senior representatives of the concerned Hospital.

The minutes of meeting have been handed over during the course of hearing. The same reads as under:- "In compliance with the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in W.P.(C) 17878/2024 & CM APPL. 76090/2024, a meeting was held on 21.01.2025 at 01:00 PM with M/s Well protect Manpower Services Pvt. Ltd. The following minutes were recorded:
1. The contract for the remaining period will be awarded to M/s Well Protect Manpower Services Pvt. Ltd., which was effective from 16/12/2024, the commencement of which was delayed due to a dispute/violence at the hospital on 16/12/2024 and the petition filed by the firm in the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
2. M/s Well Protect Manpower Services Pvt. Ltd. has agreed to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the GeM SLA.
3. The vendor has consented to pay for the actual damages, or get the damages repair at their level.
4. FIR No. 774/24, registered at PS Bharat Nagar in connection with the incident on 16/12/2024, will not be withdrawn. 5. MS (DCBH) reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the tender in the event of any violation of the Gem SLA terms and conditions during the remaining contract period."

In view of the decision taken in the aforesaid meeting as recorded in the above minutes, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition. 4.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, taking on record the aforesaid minutes.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the requisite deployment shall be made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any event, on or before 01.02.2025.
