Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that taking into account that the cause of action has accrued while the petitioner was posted at Uri in Jammu & Kashmir, he has instructions to withdraw the present petition and file a petition before the appropriate High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to this request of the petitioner to withdraw the petition, with liberty to approach the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
