Application under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner extension of Interim Bail for 04 weeks, which was granted by this Court vide Order dated 04.12.2025 in BAIL APPLN. 4716/2025.

It is submitted that on 02.12.2025, the parents of the Applicant were travelling to Haridwar for a religious visit but on the way, father of the Applicant suddenly developed acute chest pain, accompanied by profuse sweating, breathlessness and uneasiness, indicating a serious cardiac episode. He was taken to the Emergency of nearest Hospital and was diagnosed of Cardiac arrest and is now in ICU. family member to support the father or mother, who herself is mentally and physically distressed. Prayer is therefore, made seeking extension of Interim Bail for four weeks.

Learned APP for the State appears on advance Notice. He, on instructions from IO, submits that medical condition of Applicant's father has been verified.
Submissions heard and record perused.

Considering the submissions made about Petitioner's medical condition, his Interim Bail is extended for three weeks, on the same terms and conditions, as imposed vide 04.12.2025, after which Petitioner shall surrender forthwith in Jail.

Application is accordingly, disposed of.

A copy of this Order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent.
