% 09.09.2016 The petitioner's submit, at the outset, that all letters communicating that the discharge of export obligation by them, in

terms of the licenses stipulations was fulfilled. The said discharge letters are taken on record. As a consequence following the reasons in Lifelong India Pvt. Ltd vs. Union of India [W.P.C. No. 10031/2015 decided on 12.01.2016 reported in 2016 (334) ELT 410 (Delhi)], the matter is remitted to the concerned original authority for passing consequential orders.
