It is observed that petitioner has been seeking adjournments since 23.11.2015 on the ground that some settlement talks are underway. 2.

Learned APP for the State, under instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that the parties have settled their disputes and a quashing petition has been filed based on settlement. 3.

By the subject petition, the petitioner seeks cancellation of bail of respondent Nos.2 and 3, which was granted by order dated 02.01.2013. 4.

Since none appears for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
