It reveals that the petitioner has been declared a proclaimed offender in the criminal case arising out of FIR no.644/2014 of police station Pandav Nagar involving offences punishable under Sections 420, 506, 120B IPC and 66 D of Information Technology Act, for the quashing of which the present petition has been filed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the captioned petition and take necessary steps for the petitioner to appear before the concerned criminal court and thereafter pursue all remedies in accordance with law.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
