% 18.08.2017 The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy to impugn the order dated 27.11.2014 passed by the Additional Director General of Foreign Trade under Section 16 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing that the present petition be considered as a review under Section 16 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992. The competent authority shall, after giving the petitioner an opportunity to be heard, pass an appropriate order within a period of three months from today. In the meanwhile, no coercive measures shall be taken against the petitioner. No order as to costs.
