% 05.09.2017 The learned counsel for the plaintiff says the matter has been settled amicably between the parties before mediation centre on 10.08.2017, hence he seeks withdrawal of the suit. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

The terms of settlement as embodied therein shall form part of the decree. As the matter has been settled through mediation, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of entire Court Fee as per law. Decree Sheet be drawn accordingly.
