O R D E R

% 17.08.2017 Vide order dated 30th May, 2014, it was ordered that no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner on his undertaking that he will join investigation as and when summoned by the Investigating Officer. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has joined the investigation, inasmuch as the investigations are complete and chargesheet has already been filed. In the above facts, interim order is confirmed and it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing

a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
