% 03.03.2020 CM APPL.No.5699/2020 This is an application filed by the appellant for modification of order dated 22.01.2020.

On 22.01.2020 this court directed that since the appellant is entitled to Rs.10 lacs approx. so the security amount which was earlier deposited by the appellant needs to be adjusted against the decretal amount.

Vide order dated 12.02.2020, the appellant was directed to file an affidavit stating inter alia no appeal is filed against the judgment passed by this Court. He has filed the desired affidavit. The amount be thus released to the appellant along with the accrued interest so lying with the Registrar General of this court and the

requirement of surety is thus dispensed with. The application stands disposed of.
