By way of the present application, the applicant is seeking grant of interim bail for a period of 30 days in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 119/2025, registered at Police Station GTB Enclave, Delhi, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 103(1)/61(2)/3(5)/294(A) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (hereafter 'BNS') and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Issue notice. The learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State. 3.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant states that the wife of the present applicant is due to deliver a child within next two days and she is presently admitted in hospital. It is stated that constant presence and support of the applicant is indispensable for the physical and emotional well-being of his wife. safety and upbringing and in his absence, there is no responsible adult male member in the family to look after the needs of the minor child and her pregnant wife.

The learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, on the other hand, opposes the present application on the ground that the allegations against the present applicant are serious in nature. However, he fairly states that the factum of the pregnancy of the applicant's wife has already been verified. 5.
This Court has heard arguments on behalf of both the applicant and the State and has perused the material placed on record. 6.
In view of the overall facts and circumstances of the present case, and keeping in mind the period of custody undergone by the applicant, and the medical condition of the applicant's wife, this Court is inclined to grant interim bail to the applicant for a period of 15 days, subject to following conditions:
i) The applicant shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court/Successor Court/Duty Magistrate.
ii) The applicant shall surrender his passport, and will not leave the country without the prior permission of the learned Trial Court.
iii) The applicant shall inform his residential address in case of change of residential address and mobile number to the learned Trial Court as well as to the IO, and in case of change of same, he shall inform the updated details to the learned Trial Court as well as IO/SHO concerned.

iv) The applicant shall not indulge in any criminal activity during the period of interim bail and shall not try to approach the witnesses.
v) The period of 15 days shall be counted from the date of release of the applicant.
