% 26.11.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.151/2016 under Sections 354/356/379/341/323/34 IPC registered at Police Station Hauz Khas. Status report is on record. (2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 22.03.2016, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has since joined the investigation since then. By an order dated 9.5.2016, State was directed to indicate the nature of injuries sustained by the victim. Additional status report reveals that in the absence of proper treatment, no opinion regarding the nature of injuries could be given. The petitioner was not named in the FIR.

(3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required.
(4) The bail application stands disposed of.
