For the reasons stated in the applications, delays in filing and re-filing the appeal are condoned.

L.A. App. No. 47/2015 & CM No. 1437/2015 (stay) 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant does not dispute that the issue with respect to what is the compensation to be granted for the subject land which was subject matter of notification under Section 4 dated 27.1.2003 of village Rajapur Kalan stands decided by a learned Single Judge of this Court in a bunch of cases with lead case being Jai Singh Vs. Union of India, L.A.App. No. 266/2008.

Accordingly, the amount of compensation with respect to the subject land would stand decided as per the judgment in the case of Jai Singh (supra) and this appeal is disposed of accordingly. It is also noted that challenge was laid by the appellant to the judgment in Jai Singh's case (supra) by filing an SLP in the Supreme Court and which has also been dismissed.

This L.A.Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
