By way of the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 182/2024, registered at PS Punjabi Bagh, for the offences punishable under Sections 323/341/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court for the reason that the offences for which quashing is sought are compoundable in nature.

Leave and liberty granted.
