After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the appellant/defendant will pay a total sum of Rs.55 lacs to the respondents/plaintiffs in full and final satisfaction of the impugned judgment and decree dated 6.1.2017 in CS No.68/2016 (New Case No.16879/2016) titled as Vinod Goyal & Ajay Goel vs. The Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC).
The aforesaid amount of Rs.55 lacs will be positively paid to the
appellant/defendant within a period of six weeks from today failing which the amount of Rs.55 lacs will carry interest at 18% per annum till actual payment, with the further fact that if the amount due is not paid within six months from today then the entire impugned judgment and decree will revive as it is.

Counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs will give the bank account details of the respondents/plaintiffs to the counsel for the appellant/defendant and the amount which is payable in terms of this consent order by the appellant/defendant to the respondents/plaintiffs will be directly deposited in the bank accounts of the respondents/plaintiffs in the ratio of 50% each to each of the two respondents.

This appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid consent order leaving parties to bear their own costs. This order will be signed by the parties or their duly authorized representatives during the course of the day.
