This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) Pass an appropriate order, direction or writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner institution and consequently update its website by displaying the recognized status of Petitioner institution for M.P.Ed course; and (b) Pass such other further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 2.
Ms. Arunima Dwivedi, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the grievance ventilated in this writ petition stands redressed as recognition status has been uploaded on the website for M.P.Ed course.
