This is an application for modification of the order dated 09.12.2025, to the extent that the applicant/petitioner may be directed to be released on furnishing personal bond only and the condition of furnishing surety bond be dispensed with.

Vide order dated 09.12.2025, petitioner was granted emergency parole for a period of two weeks upon his furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 20,000/- with a surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court/ Duty MM and subject to further conditions. 3.

resident of West Bengal and is in financial crises, and has been unable to arrange for surety. He further submits that while suspending the sentence, this Court on 20.11.2023 released the applicant on furnishing personal bond only, considering his poor financial condition. 4.
Considering the fact that despite grant of emergency parole, the applicant has not been able to furnish surety bond due to financial constraints, the order dated 09.12.2025 is accordingly modified to the extent that the petitioner /applicant shall furnish personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- subject to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court/ Duty MM. The other conditions shall remain the same.
