The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking following prayer:- "i. Issue a writ of habeas corpus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature thereof, directing the Respondent to produce the wife of the petitioner, before this Hon'ble Court and to hand over her custody to the Petitioner No. 1, her husband;

ii. Direct the Respondent not to remove the wife from the territorial jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court or obstruct the Petitioner's access to her wife in any manner. " 2.
