This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the following prayer:
(i) Direct/issue Writ of Mandamus to the respondent No. 1 to 5 to do their duty and take appropriate action to register an FIR against the respondent No. 4-6 and carry out the investigation in fair and impartial manner;
(ii) Direct to issue writ of Certiorari to call for records from the respondent No. 2 to 5 for its perusal and necessary action;
(iii) Direct to issue any writ/direction/order in favour of petitioner society and against the respondents, in the above noted facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.
