would like his counsel to be present for the said withdrawal. The matter was then adjourned. The Defendants have been present in person since the last few hearings. Again today, none appears for the Plaintiff. Ld. Counsel for the Defendants and the defendants who are present in person submit that the son of the Plaintiff was present in the court premises today.
