% 15.02.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the valuation of the claims in the above said matters is less than Rs.1 crore. Even, the Arbitrator was appointed by the Railways.
She submits that the matter may be transferred to the Subordinate Court. In view of Notification No.27187/DHC/Orgl.
dated 24th November, 2015 and in exercise of power conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, (Act 23 of 2015), which came into force with effect from 26th October, 2015 vide Notification No.F.No.L-19015/04/2012-Jus dated 26th October, 2015 issued by the
Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3 Subsection (ii), both the matters are transferred to the District Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi.
Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 30th March, 2016.
As there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent or its counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice, without process fee, to the respondent as well as its counsel for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner will also inform the learned counsel for the respondent about the orders passed by this Court, through regd. post. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
