% 24.10.2016 C.M.No.38747/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that future salary w.e.f. February, 2015 is not being paid to the petitioner in accordance with the 6th Pay Commission. Consequently, he seeks a variation/modification/review of the order dated 8th August, 2016 disposing of the contempt petition. In the opinion of this Court, the present application for variation/modification/review is not maintainable as this Court on 08th August, 2016 found that no arrears are due and payable to the petitioner on the basis of the allegations made in the present contempt petition which had been filed on 21st August, 2013. If there is any subsequent cause of action, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the application is dismissed. MANMOHAN, J OCTOBER 24, 2016/KA
