% 15.05.2015 Learned Additional Standing Counsel, on instructions of SI Sandeep Singh, P.S. Sarai Rohilla, submits that FSL has reported that signatures could not be verified since contemporaneous documents containing signatures were not produced by the complainant. Signatures of Shri Tota Ram provided by the complainant were much later in time than the signatures appearing on the disputed documents of 1992 and 1999. He submits that the closure report is going to be filed. Accordingly, this writ

petition is disposed of as not pressed at this stage, leaving the parties, to take recourse to the legal remedies as may be available to them before the appropriate forum.
