Review is sought in pursuance to the orders dated 17th September, 2018 and 5th October, 2018 in W.P.(C) No.1588/2016. 4.

Only the counsel for respondent No.1&4 Union of India & Land & Development Officer, counsel for respondents No.2&7 Govt. of NCT of Delhi and New Delhi Municipal Council, counsel for respondent No.3 Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd., counsel for respondent No.6 Deputy Commissioner of Police and counsel for respondent No.8 South Delhi Municipal Corporation appear.
