Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Trial Court may be directed to decide the matter within a timebound framework of five weeks. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he is not interested in delaying the matter.

Every litigant is entitled to get his/her case decided as expeditiously as possible. Hence, in the interest of justice, and in view of the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and dispose of the matter, preferably within six months. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
