% 08.01.2018 Both the counsels for the parties agree that an arbitrator be appointed and the application under section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 filed by the petitioner be treated as application for dissolution of the firm and the learned arbitrator may be directed to settle the accounts. As requested, the parties may appear before the learned co-ordinator, Delhi International Arbitration Centre on 16th January, 2018, who may appoint the arbitrator. The fee of the arbitrator shall be as per rules of DIAC.

The petition is disposed of.
