CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJIV KHANNA HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE CHANDER SHEKHAR

O R D E R

% 06.04.2018 After some hearing, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition and states that the petitioner would file objections under Section 74 of the Delhi Value Added Tax, 2004. He prays that time for filing of objections may be extended as the petitioner had preferred this writ petition instead of availing the alternative remedy for various reasons set out in the writ petition itself.

We accept the prayer made by the counsel petitioner for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file objections under Section 74 of the Delhi Value Added Tax, 2004. In case objections are filed within 15 days from today, the same would not be dismissed on the ground of limitation.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
