Learned counsels on behalf of the parties on instructions states that the parties have arrived at a Settlement Agreement dated 21.10.2023 and the parties have undertaken to remain bound by the Settlement. It is also submitted that the suit may be disposed of in terms of the Settlement. 2.
A suit for Partition, Rendition of Accounts and Permanent Injunction has been filed. The parties by virtue of the Settlement have determined their shares and also the mode of execution of the settlement by sale of the property. In view of the Settlement dated 21.10.2023 voluntarily arrived at by the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the suit is hereby decreed.
