O R D E R

% 29.05.2018 Counsel for the petitioner submits that matter has been settled with the complainant, inasmuch as, first motion has been accepted by the Family Court. Counsel for the complainant has not disputes these facts. Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.
