It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that since Respondent No.1 is undergoing CIRP, he does not wish to press the present petition at this juncture. He seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the very same cause of action in case need so arises in future.
