This is a petition preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the parties have amicably settled all their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and Conciliation Agreement has been executed on 01.05.2025, copy of which has been placed on record along with various annexures.

In light of the settlement between the parties, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
