CM No. 24573/2016 & W.P. (C) 3912/2014& CM No. 7882/2014 This application has been filed by the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies under law. The application for withdrawal has been filed by the writ petitioner as the entire issue is being considered by the South Delhi Municipal Corporation. Letter dated 08.12.2015 is also placed on record which indicates that a High Level Committee has been constituted to deliberate upon and decide the issue of 31 sites of the Landmark Outdoor Media Services Private Limited.

The application is allowed. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
