The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 550/2025 of PS Subhash Place for offence under Section 118(1)/109(1)/3(5) of BNS. 2.

Broadly speaking, four accused persons assaulted three victims and inflicted knife blows, including one near iliac fossa. Chargesheet has been filed but charges are yet to be framed.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the trial court after testimony of one of the injured persons.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. Accompanying application also stands disposed of.
