O R D E R

% 18.02.2025 After some arguments learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, on the plea that Petitioner has recently been served with the copy of the charge-sheet. He states that when this bail application was filed, the charge-sheet had not been filed. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to approach before the Trial Court.

Needless to state that in the event, the Petitioner approaches the Trial Court, the Trial Court may consider the bail application in accordance with law; and grant of the liberty is not an expression on the merits of the pleas of the Petitioner.

Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
