This is petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking to set-aside the order dated 11.09.2024 and 16.05.2024 passed by the Ld.ACJ/CCJ/ARC/ NDD/ Patiala House Court in the case of SUCC. COURT NO. 9/2023 titled as 'HARJEET SINGH MENDIRATTA VS. STATE & ORS.', and for direction to the respondent no. 5 & 6 banks to produce the complete and correct account statements and bank details of the deceased person and also for direction for fair and expeditious trial. 2.
