Mr. Rahul Sharma, appellant no. 3, who is the son of appellant nos. 1 and 2, and brother of appellant no. 4, appears in person before this Court. 2.
He has handed over a copy of the application filed on behalf of the parties before the District Court under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC"), to submit that compromise had already been reached between the parties.

He has handed over various documents, which are taken on record. 4.
Mr. Munish Kumar Sharma, i.e., respondent no. 3, appears in person and confirms the fact that the parties have already reached settlement. 5.
The application on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3, read with Section 151 CPC, recording the compromise between the parties in the Suit No. 140/2010, titled as Sh. Pran Nath Sharma & Anr. Mr. Rahul Sharma, i.e., appellant no. 3 and Mr. Munish Kumar Sharma, i.e., respondent no. 3 have handed over a copy of their Aadhar Card, scanned copies of which are taken on record. 7.
Considering the submissions made before this Court, the present appeal is disposed of as not pressed, in view of the aforesaid compromise between the parties.
