Petitioner has assailed order dated 19.09.2025 of the learned trial court, whereby right of petitioner to cross-examine PW1 was closed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court. Prima facie, there is no infirmity in the impugned order. However, learned counsel for petitioner has referred to medical documents (annexed as Annexure-J) according to which the main counsel for petitioner got admitted in the hospital/institute on 10.09.2025 and got discharged on 20.09.2025.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file application before the trial court seeking recall of order dated 19.09.2025 after explaining her illness to the learned court.
