By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions to the learned Judge, Family Court, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi (learned Family Court) to decide and dispose of HMA No.2843/2019 in a time-bound manner, preferably within a period of three months, in view of the earlier order dated 20.04.2023 passed by this Court in CM(M) 1072/2022.

Though, this Court cannot dictate to the learned Family Court regarding the roster, however, in the interest of justice, as also since the present petition is arising out of matrimonial discord inter se the parties, the learned Family Court is requested to adjudicate the aforesaid HMA No.2843/2019 as expeditiously as possible, albeit, considering its daily board, preferably within a period of six months, though specifying that the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. parties shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment(s) of any kind during the aforesaid period.
