The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the judgment dated 05th March, 2024 passed by the learned Appellate Court in MCA DJ No. 20/2018. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that that the present petition has become infructuous, as the main petition has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 17th March, 2025 passed by the learned Trial Court, and in the present petition, the challenge is to the interim order passed on the application under Order XXXIX Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
