Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the matter was amicably settled before the Mediation Centre, Saket, New Delhi but, as on date, there is no order by the Court taking on record such report and binding the parties, while accepting the report.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to file it afresh at a later point of time.

In view of aforesaid, present contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
