Petitioner seeks initiation of contempt against respondents as the respondents have not decided the representation which they were required to dispose of by passing a speaking and reasoned order within three weeks of order dated 08.10.2024.

Mr. Vivek Kumar, OSD (Litigation) also appears on behalf of respondents and submits that order has already been passed on 07.02.2025.

During course of hearing, a copy of such order was shown to the Court. It be made part of the record. A copy thereof has also been supplied to learned counsel for petitioner during course of hearing. 4.

In view of above, though the representation has been decided albeit little belatedly, nothing further survives in the matter. 5.
