Petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against respondent for willful disobedience of the specific directions contained in order dated 02.08.2024 passed by learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P. (C) No. 8152/2021.

As per aforesaid order, respondent-Corporation was directed to treat the CM Appl. No. 44014/2024 filed in the aforesaid writ petition as representation and to consider and pass appropriate orders with due expedition.

that there is no decision as yet.

Mr. Rishi Manchanda, learned counsel for petitioner, in all fairness, admits that there is no timeframe within which the respondents are required to dispose of such representation.

Learned counsel for respondent appears on advance notice and submits that matter is under process and the representation shall be decided within four weeks from today. He submits that aforesaid statement is based on instructions.

In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner submits that at the moment, petitioner does not press his present petition. 8.

Present petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed.
