By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks a direction upon the Trial Court to accept the fixed deposit in compliance with the order dated 10.10.2023, passed by the Sessions Court, under Section 148 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Mr. Harsh Vikram Trivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
