% 13.12.2017 This court in Co. Pet. No. 446/2013 has on 28.07.2017 passed an order admitting the petition and appointing the OL attached to this court as a Provisional Liquidator. Other consequential directions were also passed. The OL has subsequent to the aforesaid order taken over the assets of the respondent Company. Hence, nothing further survives in the present petition.

The petitioner is free to file its claim before the OL whenever the claims are invited.

This petition stands disposed of.
